Ten pictures appear in sequence and you have to guess what word links them all. All the pictures are from flickr.
The quicker you guess, the more points you get. Your guess changes colour when you get it right.

Apparently the average keyboard has 33000 bacteria per square centimeter compared with 130 on a toilet seat. Yuk!
I’ve just done an Implicit Association Test. I’d prefer not to disclose the results, since they’re not pretty — apparently I’m more discrimatory than I thought I was!
My flatmate doesn’t discrimate with regards gender and science/arts, but does have a strong automatic preference for thin people over fat people.
Take the test yourself and let me know the results.
I thought this was funny.
The Edge is a collection of clever people, writing about clever things. At the moment they’re answering the question: What is your dangerous idea?
It’s fascinating to read what some of them have to say. I’m only going to comment on one which particularly intrigues me. On page 6, there’s an article about Open Source Currency by Douglas Rushkoff. Open Source Currency is an interesting idea. Imagine if you could borrow money and trade independent of nations…
Anything on the list catch your eye?
So I just signed up with 1899. They do a flat fee of 3p for all landline calls from your home landline and you can talk for as long as you like… No monthly fees, no fee to join up.
Yes, the best game ever is now in a web browser.
I have just read a really good post on forgiveness over at Times & Seasons. The fifth comment really impressed me, in particular:
“Bitterness is the poison someone drinks intentionally with the hope that someone else will die.â€? – Dr. Laura Schlesinger
“The weak never can forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong. – Mahatma Ghandi
The Forgiving (Carol Lynn Pearson)
Forgive?
Will I forgive,
You cry.
But
What is the gift,
The favor?
You would lift
Me from
My poor place
To stand beside
The Savior.
You would have
Me see with
His eyes,
Smile,
And with Him
Reach out to
Salve
A sorrowing heart—
For one small
Moment
To share in
Christ’s great art.
Will I forgive,
You cry.
Oh,
May I—
May I?
So, this article is interesting — it’s about how to recognise if someone is lying to you.
